  • 3lbs Chicken Breasts
  • 1-2 Limes
  • 1 Orange
  • 6-8 Garlic Cloves Mashed or Diced
  • ½ White Onion Finely Diced
  • 1 tbs Chicken Bouillon Cube/Adobo *or to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Orégano
  • ⅛ tsp Cumin
  • Olive Oil
  • Ingredients: Sauce
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Mashed or Diced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Optional:
  • 1 Onion Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Yellow, Red, or Orange Pepper Roughly Chopped


  1. In a small bowl, mix 4 mashed garlic cloves, oil, and salt. Add as much oil as you wish. This will serve has a basting sauce for grilling later on. Set aside
  2. Next, dice chicken breast into cubes being sure not to cut them too small
  3. Season chicken with garlic, lime, orange juice, seasoning salt, orégano, cumin, black pepper, and olive oil
  4. Once seasoned, build skewers by adding 3 or more pieces of chicken onto stick. Make sure you let skewers sit in water for 20 mins to an hour beforehand
  5. Once all of the kebabs have been built, marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes or overnight
  6. Heat up grill to 400 degrees and then place chicken kebabs in a row
  7. After 5 minutes flip chicken
  8. After another 3-5 minutes, flip chicken again and begin basting
  9. Flip one final time and feel free to grill onions and peppers off to the side.
  10. Once chicken is done grilling, feel free to serve skewers
