- 8 oz French Bread Cubed
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter (½ stick)
- 3 Cups Evaporated Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- ¼ cup Raisins or to taste
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds Toasted
- ½ cup Bourbon
- ½ tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- ½ tbs Cinnamon or to taste
- Ingredients: Bourbon Sauce
- 1 Egg
- ¾ cup Half & Half or Heavy Cream
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
- Leftover Bourbon from soaking raisins or ¼ cup or to taste
