  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter (½ stick)
  • 3 Cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • ¼ cup Raisins or to taste
  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds Toasted
  • ½ cup Bourbon
  • ½ tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ tbs Cinnamon or to taste
  • Ingredients: Bourbon Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ cup Half & Half or Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
  • Leftover Bourbon from soaking raisins or ¼ cup or to taste
